AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether acting individually or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “user”), and Accident Report Hub (“Accident Report Hub,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of this website, along with any associated mobile sites, applications, media, content, or services (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We may supplement or update these Terms from time to time. Any additional terms or documents posted on the Site are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Continued use of the Site following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
ELIGIBILITY AND JURISDICTION
The Site is intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.

NO LEGAL SERVICES / ADVERTISING DISCLOSURE
Accident Report Hub is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys, and does not provide legal advice or legal services. We also do not operate as a lawyer referral service.
The Site may feature or promote third-party legal professionals (“Sponsors”) who participate in advertising programs and may compensate Accident Report Hub for marketing services. Interacting with the Site, including submitting information or engaging through chat or forms, does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
Services referenced on the Site may not be available in all states or for all types of legal matters. Any individuals shown in images or videos are actors or models and are not actual clients.
PERMISSION TO SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
The Site operates as a no-cost, advertising-supported service. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and sharing of your contact details and accident-related information with one or more Sponsors for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
You may be contacted by Accident Report Hub and/or Sponsors via telephone, email, or SMS regarding your submission. Use of the Site does not create a client–sponsor relationship or any obligation on the part of a Sponsor to accept your case.
TELEPHONE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT (TCPA) CONSENT
By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from Accident Report Hub and its partners, including calls, emails, and text messages, which may be delivered by automated systems or prerecorded messaging.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise stated, all content available on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”)—is owned by or licensed to Accident Report Hub and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
The Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any portion of the Site or Content without prior written consent.
USER REPRESENTATIONS

- You will not use automated systems or scripts to access the Site
- You will not use the Site for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
- Your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

TERM AND TERMINATION

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
DISCLAIMER
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCIDENT REPORT HUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or third-party services referenced on the Site.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCIDENT REPORT HUB AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us, if applicable, during the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Accident Report Hub and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By using the Site, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that electronic records and signatures satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.

WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
MISCELLANEOUS DISCLOSURES
- No Consumer Reporting Agency: Accident Report Hub is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act
- Public Records: We are not the custodian of any public records
- Data Accuracy: Accident-related data may be sourced from third parties and may contain errors or omissions
- Sponsorships: Communication from Sponsors does not establish a client relationship beyond an initial inquiry
